On the other hand I do expect some kind of reaction.

Either to the abyss, or a good bounce.

It will be an interesting game, even BSC without Ibisevic.

If Bayern lose this one then alarm bells should start ringing for the men in charge (Uli, Karl and the board).

I am afraid if Bayern somehow manages to win this one handsomely then it would simply pepper over the cracks and as soon as we face a strong team with a decent attack and midfield, we’ll get stuffed. Just like what happened today against PSG.

^ this is what will happen. We will win easily and everything will be great again at Bayern land.

If we somehow draw or lose, then I’m calling for sacking our management and not the coach (he should be packing by now). From today onwards, they are fully responsible for any poor result due to leaving Carlo on his comfortable seat.

No, yesterday was very much expected. Before kick off I told my friend anything below 3-0 would be a good night.

We'll win this match, but I don't think that things will be back to normal again. Rummenigge didn't exactly mince his words last night... I like that.

Knowing Rummenigge, everything will be on players shoulder. Nothing on "the great Don Carlo".

It's over with Ancelotti. Time to move on and change.
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :
Neuer - Boateng Hummels Thiago - Kimmich Vidal Alaba - Robben Müller James - Lewandowski
Neuer- Boateng Vidal Hummels- Kimmich Martinez Alaba- Robben James Ribéry- Lewandowski

So, any formation predictions?

I don't think Sagnol will make a big tactical overhaul in such a short period of time, but one can dream...

Carlo's sacking is bad news for James... won't be surprised to see Ribsy feature as much as before if not more. You can't expect too many changes this season.

Ok..let bygones be bygones..let us come together after 5 years i.e.. when pep signed..let us back each other for a change..(until the new manager is appointed   ) and let us back the team and not start predicting things like "hertha will rape us!" "we will lose 5-0!"

I don't think so at all. Ribery is way too clearly on the decline, no sane coach would start him. Maybe another coach would prefer Coman over James OR Müller, but I doubt Ribery is going to get what he wants.

Tuchel, btw, is known for putting the old guard in the bench at BVB in favor of younger bright things (Weigl, Dembele, Pulisic, et al).

Ribery is done and he has to accept it or the board has to intervene.

The culprit in chief is gone and now the drama queens in the roster need to be given a kick up the arse!
No one should be immune from getting dropped for bad performances. If you have a problem with that then get out. Even Zidane/Real bench underperforming players from time to time.

No one should be safe. With that being said this is the team I’d like to see on Sunday.

Sven
Kimmich Sule Hummels Friedl*
Rudy Thiago
Robben Thomas James
Robert

Subs. Vidal for Rudy, Conan for Robben and Robert for either Thomas or James.

* Alaba must be dropped. He has become too complacent and now that the Italian is gone we can start giving youth a chance to develop and clearly Friedl is the future not Rafinha.

Rudy + Thiago is too soft....
