Can't afford to drop anything anymore... Hope Costa and/or Robben might be fit to share the game... But first: Darmstadt...

Hannover isn't the tight team they were 4 years ago under Slomka - but they still need to taken seriously. Rotation is out of the question - though mostly because we really don't have anyone to rotate with.
The ideal team

Last game of the year, not necessary to think about rotation, despite our injury situation.

Pep has to use the best players available, take the 3 points and go home for rest.

Yeah, we need to field the best we have. I'm not counting on Costa & Robben though...

Neuer - Badstuber, Boateng, Martínez, Rafinha - Alonso, Lahm, Thiago/Vidal - Coman, Lewandowski, Müller

Something like this.

Now that Lahm is also out, that means it'll most likely be Neuer, Badstuber, Boateng, Martinez, Rafinha, Alonso, Vidal, Rode, Coman, Lewandowski, Muller. Give Thiago and Kirchoff a little bit more time to recover and maybe bring in some FCBII players like Green and Gaudino

Mehmet Scholl once offered a mixtape CD to Oliver Kahn. Kahn replied: Do you want me to shoot myself? Keep your crap to yourself.

If Rode still doesn't get playing time I might literally throw up.

There's something about him for sure. He's not technically good but the dude makes things happen every game. I think where Guardiola is playing him now is the best position for him, one of the two #8's closer to goal (may need #12 to back me up here). He's not aware or disciplined enough to play as the last midfielder or as one of the fullbacks. But closer to goal he's decent enough to make things happen offensively, and higher up his aggressive defensive style works amazingly for our pressing game.

Shame he had that mysterious injury at the beginning of the season. Hope to see more from our blond sheep.

Yes, I agree that he's better closer to goal in a more attacking box to box midfielder role, and as you said he doesn't have the reputation for technical skills but he makes stuff happen and he adds lots of energy to our attack. I really would like to see him have more chances, he's taken the ones he has had and I don't feel like there's any reason he shouldn't have more.

Any formation predictions?
I think it wont be easy without Lahm.
Maybe Kimmich@RB RafinhLB Boa + Bads CBs
Alonso Martinez in midfield ...
Coman Vidal Mueller behind Lewa
