This one is going to be very tough, so a 1-0 i would be happy with, no matter how they play.

Köln have a solid defense so far.

Do not underestimate Köln.

If Robben plays.. it should be a 3-0.

If we play like we did against Paderborn it should be easy.

They lost only one goal so far!...

... I guess it's time for them to lose some more. :|

I don't see a reason why either, Neuer has to get in shape as fast as possible and he still isn't. He has a couple of missplaced paces he usually doesnt have or situations where it's a bit tricky, the 100% foucs has to come back first. But i hope to see Reina in action once more for sure, i Always liked him @ Liverpool and his harakiri saves :D

I like Reina, too. However, I think Neuer's lack of focus has less to do with not being shape, but the importance of the game to him. He's been in some high level matches lately and an early round Bundesliga game doesn't draw his full attention, which is understandable. I think some of the things he's done in these games he'd never do in the World Cup or otherwise. He was pretty much solid in the CL match verse Manchester (with the one exception being the play Dante left for him, which Dante should've had plenty of time to move on his own without leaving it for the keeper).

This match may be tricky. The match on Tuesday is more important, so I'd like to see guys rested, but at this point in the season not enough of them have experience playing together, and may stand to benefit from extra time on the field together. That includes Robben and Muller with Lewandowski... as well as Benatia with the other defenders. I've heard that Benatia isn't fit, but I'd like to see him get some time out there.

FC Bayern München faces a midfield shutdown when visiting FC Köln on Saturday, in a game that comes at the right time given its recent form and playing style.

I am expecting a very tight game... I thing we'll find it difficult as we almost always do away to Koln...

I'm not saying a word on this thread until someone brings up a bitter comment about Podolski or LvG. Everything else is just circumstantial. :P

I remember under LVG that Bayern were 0-2 up at HT v Koln and lost 3-2 in the end.
This was classic LVG.
