I missed all bayern goals and saw the Augsburg goal cause dumb customers decided I needed to do my job instead of watching the game.

l don't agree with you. Alonso was the weakest link in our Bayern and still he is.

We were playing 10 men with him, yet he improved massively in the last 2 games. But still he almost gifted Augsburg a goal today.

Carlo should reduce his mins and team role.

Oh I agree he is our weak link, it's just been said a million times.

Not bashing but could this have been his worst game on record?

Maybe only Bale or Ribery can make a difference (as wingers) as a fit Robben, even in his age. I really don't get your (or their) logic, Robben is more than capable to deliver at the highest level + he's here since 2009 + Bayern have more than enough money to pay him, even if he plays 1/3 of the season. Bayern doesnt work that way - getting rid of the players just because they are getting older or are injury prone.
He's still a WC winger, so why we should let go of him is beyond me. If we were getting rid of players just because they are injury prone, we would have had 3-4 players in the whole squad.

Not extending Robbery (even in their age + wage) would be the most stupid thing we ever did in the transfer business (and we did quite a few).

If I'm not mistaken no one louded Thiago's steals and hustle today, he run his ass off against Augsburg for real, he had some great winning balls for us there that unfortunately didn't ended to a goal but his behavior on the pitch was remarkable! Definitely the best Thiago since he came.

Thiago was a bit subdued. Everytime Alonso plays it's the same, he occupies Thiago's space. They shouldn't be on the pitch together IMO. Also, fantastic to see Robben doing quite a good impression of a 10, but IMO it's urgent for Carlo to work out a system in which Müller can express himself fully. Maybe Carlo should reinvent Thomas and put him at the top of his midfield three.

Ancelotti can use Muller / Costa as his 3rd midfielder in his 4-3-3 formation against opponent who can't challenge Bayern. I'm sure they do way better job than Alonso.

regarding the Ausburg goal I agree it was Alonso's fault to begin with. But Lahm also was guilty of ball watching.

We have some key players, but the way Robben affects our offensive performances even now it's just incredible and worrying at the same time

Last few seasons we peaked in the first half of the season and then we were not as good... but that has a lot to do with injuries and specially Robben missing the big games

He always knows what to do and even makes it easy. That's something that other skilled players like Costa lack and that's the difference between being a great player and being a legend.

Both Robben and Ribery have this, but Robben is more important now because he still has speed and goalscoring touch.

I really hope Robben and Lewandowski can become good friends and make a good partnership, because that would be great for the team. Having someone like Robben playing next to you means that you will have more goal chances, but also takes some pressure off Lewy as more players can score.

In some other games I noticed that they were not passing the ball to each other very often. Hope this is a turning point

They don't... in fact Lewandowski seemed very frustrated in a couple of moments his body language showed that when Robben had the ball or didn't pass, watch the game against Gladbach it's the perfect example. In that game though Lewa had another role-> dragging defenders to make space for Robben runs or some of our midfielders(Vidal's goal) a plan that worked to the fullest.

Against Augsburg both seemed perfectly tuned and very happy if they keep up like this I don't fear any team but it's highly unlikely both are quite impatient, we knew that about Robben but Lewandowski is becoming quite an assh0l3 in the recent games on that matter.

@about the matter of Alonso
We can play just the same with a small and vital adjustment, Alonso out Thiago takes his place, Muller starts takes Thiago's spot and everybody is happy, Thiago can easily do what Alonso does maybe even better plus that he has the runs or the desire to defend and Muller gets his preferred spot into the XI playing between the opponents lines through midfield/defense causing what he does best, chaos!

IMO that's the best solution in papers for a 4-3-3, I hope Ancelotti would give this idea a chance, Muller is a huge asset to leave him out
