American? That was pure german fighting spirit from Gladbach yesterday..

I meant the long passes to the fast players

Just like American football touchdowns

Well yea..

I think most fans think Bayern will be dominant every game because of the squad depth. The most important thing that they're forgetting though is there's only eleven players on the field and three subs, so we're not really able to use all the star players in one game..

When you remember Reus in Gladbach shirt, you know why they were so awesome in 2011/2012. Teams like Gladbach can produce great quality in counter attacking. Only what's missing to them is fantastic striker who can make difference and as I mentioned him - someone like Reus to lead the team.

Consequently, Gladbach results would be even better, especially in the last 2 seasons.

If they make it to the ucl they should try to bring Gomez and Poldi

I'm more than happy with the result. They had better clear cut chances and Neuer saving the day. Sommer is more than enough replacement for Ter Stegen.

Granit Xhaka sustained a ligament and capsule tear in his right ankle in yesterday’s game against FC Bayern Munich and will be out of action for the next few games. [source]

Xhaka was brought down by Robert Lewandowski in injury time at the end of the second half and remained on the ground in pain.

So, from what I've read, Guardiola might be suspended after touching the 4th female offical in the end of this match.

Right before the Dortmund and Roma match? Of course. Wouldn't that be perfect

I really doubt they'll play the same. Will probably be a parked bus.

Some more than others:

Honigstein wrote:"By consensus the well-drilled Foals came closer than any team, anywhere, to administering a first defeat on Pep Guardiola and co this season in the Borussia Park on Sunday . . . Favre was able to rotate five players from the starting line-up against Limassol (4-0 home win) in the Europe League without any ill-effects. The Foals are in no mood to belittle that competition. This is only their second taste of international football since 1997."
