Kimmich apparently has an upset stomach, so Rafinha will have to make do as his replacement:

Not as confident about this game as some others are...The games Dortmund lost were mostly vs bus parking teams who hit them with a long ball counter (bar Leipzig), not to mention they had a few red cards. Their run is bad, but not "LOL we'll win 5-0" bad. Our style of play may suit them loads better with Bosz system.

If Kimmich unfit then Rafinha, Rudy or Vidal could partner Thiago too.

If we are winning by two goals in the last ten minutes I want to see Wintzheimer on the pitch. If he manages to score imagine the boost he’d get, could propel him as backup to Robert in future difficult games.

I think you're right and we should not get overly optimistic. We have the better players, Dortmund has home field advantage, so it really comes down to tactics and luck. I think Jupp is tactically much better than Bosz and Dortmund's system has evident weaknesses, but even Jupp can't control luck. We have the advantage but we're not predestined to be winners. I remain cautiously optimistic and think that a victory is most likely, but I am not going to be disappointed with a draw, which would preserve our position at the top of the table, and I will not freak out at a loss.

This is a very tough away match. Doesn't matter how useless Dortmund have been in CL because this is a different competition and they will use different tactics as well. A win is likely, but a draw wouldn't be a bad result and a loss wouldn't be the end of the world either

I just found out how easily people get disappointed with the team

Last tuesday we were playing away at Celtic Park and you just have to read the comments after Celtic scored the equalizer  it comes to the point that we don't only need to win, but also lead the game from the very beginning

Well, they've sucked in the BL too, to be fair, but as I've said before they do have the talent. You never know when they'll be back to playing up to their level, and they're definitely determined not to drop anymore points after winning only 1 point in their last 3 games.

I would take a draw, but I'd be unhappy with a loss, especially if Leipzig also win. In current form (ours and theirs) we should be able to avoid it.

As for Celtic, on chat at 1-1 MUTU said this is worse than the PSG loss. :P

If Kimmich wanted a strong vote of confidence...this is it! A private plane, to fly you to the game a day after the team flew (when there would be a decent backup to play in your place).

We're extending him, right?

Rafinha must be leaving in Jan. Poor guy can't even bench a sick Kimmich. Feel bad for him TBH.

No we aren't. He's shit.

Oh god..this reminds me of rooney episode. BVB would have been relaxed after hearing rafinha will play and now when the lineup is out ..
