When is the last time they lost at home? They're difficult to beat at home.

Not sure, but they did draw Hertha and Schalke at home lately. It's not gonna be easy, but BOTH teams are in poor form.

Didn't lose at home for the full 2015/2016 season...so probably around the time they had their massive "relegation slump". Ages ago, altho there have been some close calls (Hoffenheim comes to mind)

Borussia Dortmund are undefeated in their last 26 home matches in the Bundesliga.

(W21, D5)

I think this is their longest home streak ever...

I stand to be corrected; if this materialize it will be the first time since the ill fated year of 2012!

One week? ramsej being optimistic here! We won't come back to the top until we face Leipzig in Munich if we win every match after BVB. 0.000000001% chance that will happen IMO

Why Martinez instead of Hummels while imo Hummels was our best CB between him and Boateng on our last 4 games.

I don't know what our best defender pairing is, but one thing I know for sure is that it should have Javi Martinez somewhere in it. He deserves that for what he's shown this season. The other one I don't really care.

Never said I wanted us to play like Leicester. Just that Leicester is the only team in top level football to use 4-4-2 - the play-style has nothing to do with it.

Atletico Madrid 4-4-2

I'm not a huge fan of 4-4-2. I think our team is more suited to a 4-2-3-1

Have Martinez and Vidal ever played a game together in midfield?

I prefer that as well but 442 can be very interesting.

That would be my favourite lineup.

The reason why I chose Müller over Thiago is because he used to make a great partnership with Lewy and he can be a goal scoring machine. Thiago could play either behind Lewy or in the holding midfield duo.

Kimmich over Lahm would be another option too

Hummels in the last games has been a monster defensively while he pulled some crazy vertical passes!
At the moment, with their current form apart Neuer and..Alonso there are some must-play footballers in our team.
Hummels,Costa,Lewandowski are the best players on the pitch everyone with his attributes when Costa is on the pitch we some motion, some flare that brings with him(imagine if he had Muller next to him) Hummels is our best player in the last games along with Lewandowski, it's a shame that the Pole's workrate doesn't get praised enough neither gets awarded with fine delivery from his teammates constantly!

I'd take @YlonenXabi starting XI anytime, if we want even more possesion we switch Javi with Boateng and put Thiago next to Vidal!

4-4-2, 4-2-4 or 4-2-3-1 ... the difference isn't big. All depend how the second stiker (or AM) is playing. With Müller we know he would come in the midfield to help or else. Same with the winger. That depends on possession or not.
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :
Neuer - Boateng Hummels Thiago - Kimmich Vidal Alaba - Robben Müller James - Lewandowski
Neuer- Boateng Vidal Hummels- Kimmich Martinez Alaba- Robben James Ribéry- Lewandowski

You dream of beating Leipzig? When we were lucky not to lose to the likes of Frankfurt, Cologne and Hoffenheim? No way...

As sad as it is: with this coach, we're nothing but an above average Bundesliga side, getting their asses kicked by a team that barely made it to Bundesliga last year and lost quite a few games...
We will be the laughingstock of Europe...
