Hoffenheim.

If we do loan RS then he should go outside Germany. Spain or England for me. Ideally Spain, there are many decent teams over there which can offer him regular play time like Bilbao, Sevilla, Villarreal and Sociedad. Also, the experience he'll get playing against the two Spanish gaints could come in handy when he comes back to Munich.

But he needs to familiarize himself with Germany and the BuLi... Plus a team like Hoffenheim will also give him Champions League / Europa League (if they to qualify through the play offs) experience.
On top of that he will be coached by an emerging young coach.

It was not. Poor spacing, poor effort, little better in second half, he is not defensive midfielder.

Of course he is not a defensive midfielder, that is mostly a myth attributed to him because of his build. He is an attacking CM, who uses his physicality and dribbling to move forward quickly but riskyly.

Ah now I get it, thx!

So there's no actual (negative) connotation associated with it?

Loaning Sanches to Spain doesn't help him adapt one bit... His problem is not primarily talent...

He is just 19, a long term investment by Bayern. A couple of seasons in Spain will help him technically and gain invaluable experience against our two biggest nemesis in recent times in the CL. Teams that I mentioned could also offer him European football. Plus there are more games played in Spain. Two legged cup games and 38 league games, that'll be a good physical and mental test too.

When he eventually comes back at Bayern, hopefully a more confident player,I have no doubt that he'll easily adapt to the BL. As a professional footballer it should take him half a season, at the most, to get his stride in the BL. He'I'll come back a more experienced pro and will get much more games for us than he gets now. Coman was 19 and he hit the ground running last year in the BL, while being a fresh import from Serie A and having played almost all his football in France before that.

As far as playing under that 29 year old dude(whatever his name is, Julian?) goes, that's immaterial. He's an unproven commodity and still has a long way to go in coaching. I'll rate him next season when they have to manage three different competitions.
