Boateng had a terrible game. Yellow card first, then 15 missed passes by the time he got subbed; the worst pass rate of the entire starting lineup. #-o

He's been putting a lot of effort in his games recently, and the international break seems to have caused him a bit of fatigue.

Been hearing that popping out in a few discussions about the game... But he wasn't exactly brilliant in the CL final and we still peppered Weidenfeller's goal.

So was the formation 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-4-1???

Missed the first half, I managed to just catch the first goal. Seems like poor finishing was a major problem again yesterday?

By the way, we are now on a 30 match unbeaten run in the Bundesliga. While it is a club record, the Bundesliga record stands at 36.

But it was a very close game, one of the closest finals ever. Think about other games, like Arsenal for example.

Of course Hannover are no Dortmund but we won comfortably yesterday. We did not play very well but as Mo pointed out we got a decent 2-0 win without shifting up a gear.

We also won the Super Cup without him, although it was very, very close. I feel like we're not missing him as much as before even though Thiago is also injured. Hopefully I won't be proven wrong.

In the season 2011/2012 Ribery punched Robben, and during the fantastic 2012/2013 and now they are almost like best friends, so happy and so close, make chances for goals to each other, etc. What a turnover in the last year and a half. =D>

I just watched extended highlights on Eurosport2. You still have lot of room for improvement. In attack you managed to create maybe 5 very good opportunites for 90 minutes. And if Hannover were a little bit more lucky they would have scored one or two. The win was definitely deserved but this is not even half the Bayern I remember from 12/13.

- With Götze and Thiago injured, the team is the same than last year
- Teams figured how to play against us. Playing the same team with the same tactics forever won't work for more than 1 season
- Schweinsteiger and Martinez were also not fit to play this match
- Hannover could prepare this game for 2 weeks

And well, at the end of the day we got an easy and well deserved win. I'm expecting a SUPER Super Bayern for 2014 when we have hopefully all our players fit. I think that Götze will add a new dimension to our game and we will kick your yellow ass once again

Oh, and I TOTALLY DISAGREE with Boateng having a horrible game. I think he was decent to say the least.
