Wow @ DVB's goal. I was like "WHAT A GOAL!! Who scored that?" then saw the reply: "WTF?"

Very happy for Robben. Played about 10 minutes and scored. :)

But seriously, how many braincells had the Leverkusen players left when they saw van Buyten would take that freekick? Have you ever seen Daniel van Buyten bend a freekick over the wall?

Seriously, you don't jump when van Buyten takes a freekick. It was a very good strike though.

Actually Best scenes of the game weer the ones that did not count

1-Muellers Pass to Ribery
2-Tymoshchuk hammer Strike Goal (the ref whistled before it , but it was a stunner)
3-Renato Augusto making Badstuber look like a fool before the cross that Neuer punched out
Aequitas1987 wrote:I dont think Schweinsteiger is playing that well.

He lost a lot of balls in midfield (althought might have been Kroos I always get confused between those two)

and he is trying to be fancy with his backheels and movements when he needs to just simplify it a little bit.

I think that Schweinsteiger was pretty good , and also moved a lot and played offensively well too

and his pass to Robben was Nice

I agree, Schweini did well, and the stats prove it - most distance covered, most balls touched, and even though 84,81 isn't the best passing percentage, it's still considerably good. Keeping in mind that for the most of the match he had Tymo next to him, a lower than average passing percentage for him didn't do too much damage.

Also he's heatmap was awesome, he was EVERYWHERE, the other midfielders were a lot more static.

When DVB was there

I was sure that he is going to score

he has a hammer foot , and after many attempts , it has to go in once

Yeah, that foul was complete BS. The second half had a lot of decisions go against our way, offsides that really weren't etc. I blame the linesman on that side!

Tymo has really worked on his long shots though, they're never Lampard No Hopers TM, good strong hammers straight at goal.

From a Bayern fan's perspective the whole Vidal situation is quite comical now.
Leverkusen let Vidal go for a ridiculously low price, just because they feared he would join Bayern and make us 'rivals' stronger.

Glad to see though that they only made themselves significantly weaker by trying to screw us over, and Gustavo and Tymoshchuck are playing fantastic. And I'm also glad to see they wouldn't have made us 'rivals' stronger because we beat them 3-0 anyways. Did they really think they would compete? Arrogant idiots :)

Even more satisfying is to see is that Vidal began the first three league matches for Juve on the bench :)

Another point

With Vidal in this team , would we have played better than that against them ??

IF YES (DOUBT THAT though)

is there a difference between losing 0-3 and losing 0-5 ??

I think Schweini has regained the consistency of right before the WC. He hasn't had a bad game in quite a while and he is completely ruling midfield.

A lot of the demand for Vidal was when Schweini was in poor form and Gustavo was yet to settle in. Right now... I have to agree, there's no need for him.
