I want to see: Renato, Kimmich, Coman, and Müller

The rest don't matter to me. We need to start making proper assessments of our squad for next season.

I must admit it's going to be hard for me to care for this match too much.
For me Carlo has utterly wasted Renato's first season with us. Might as well play him, but for this year it may be too little, too late.

Sorry... since I am not used to write his name that often.

We need to give our youngsters the chance in these last BL weeks. It doesn't make sense that we still haven't seen enough of Renato. Even if he's not being good enough in training, the guys is still a starter for Portugal. He definitely has the talent. We need to see him play. Same can be said for Kimmich. He was our best player at the start of the season, and then was somehow reminded that he's a "youngster" and was thrown to the bench with the occasional 10-minutes game time. Coman is also a case for us to decide whether we keep him or send him back to Juve. I'm for the former as I believe I've seen enough of him to convince of his great potential. But we need to see him play. Let's give these guys a run to prove their worth for us in order to properly plan for next season's squad.

That's ok. As we've mentioned before, he's young, new country, new language, etc. and he didn't play particularly well when we had chances.

I'll be concerned if he doesn't play more often with Alonso heading out though. In Sanches we have a potential future world class midfielder. It's useless buying players there before we give him a chance. In my opinion, same applies to Kimmich. There are other players we need more.

I think this game physiologically will be very difficult one for the players. They need to get a result or the is a chance that the whole season goes to sh**t.

I think we should play a mostly B team for this reason. Let the others focus on Dortmund.

The B team will play.
Ribery and Robben will break if they play.
Boe and Hummels need the break after the injury.
Neuer is out for the Season
Thiago needs a break.

Can we use the B team coach?

We all know how daunting the AA can be and for small teams like Mainz they find it particularly to get a result in Munich. Having said that, Mainz have two of their four wins all time against Bayern Munich at the AA. Firstly, in the 2010/11 season when current Hoffenheim striker Ádám Szalai scored with the 13 minutes left to be the hero and then last season followed a similar theme as Jhon Córdoba scored with 4 minutes remaining to give Mainz a historic victory. Mainz know how to beat Bayern and they will be hoping they can replicate those performance and delay Munich’s title celebrations for another week.As much as Mainz could have patches they will find it hard to contain the class and quality of Bayern as the record champions return to winning ways to end the week. Also,i dont expect a lot of changes in the starting 11,just Carlo things.

Ulreich
Rafinha Felix Alaba Bernat
Kimmich Alonso(rest Vidal and Thiago for Dortmund)
Costa Muller Coman
Lewandowski (hopefully he scores a hat trick and gets his confidence up for next Wednesday)

Give Robben, Ribery, Vidal, Thiago, Boateng and Hummels the day off. Need those players well rested for the Cup semi final. Martinez has a minor problem so his availability for the upcoming games is doubtful.
