Hey, at least we play on Saturday at 15:30

I'd like to see a win/draw/lose stat with our BL games played on Saturdays at 15:30 and our BL games played in a different hour

I'd happily take a lackluster 1-0 injury time winner bouncing off Müllers nose if it meant 3pts on the board.

Performance isn't an issue for me at the moment. Attitude and results are.

If Ribery is out, time to give Robben the chance he wants and give him the freedom in attack to do whatever he wants.

He said on his twitter (assuming it is him) that he'll be fine for tomorrow.

I just did the calculation.

When we played on Saturdays 15:30, we have 9 wins, 1 draw, NO LOSS !
When we played in any other day/time, we have 6 wins, 2 draws, 5 loses !

So, statistically wise, we look good :D

Jesus christ, 5 losses? Can't we just make every game a home game and give half of them a 0-1 advantage to the away team from the start? :P

Heynckes demands more in attack

Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes has challenged his side to rediscover their killer instinct when they meet Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday.

A win for Bayern will see them move to within a point of Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund ahead of their match with Mainz, and Heynckes is demanding a ruthless approach.

Zé: "Bayern, for sure."

Can't remember where I read it... But in training, there isn't too much work done offensively, and he leaves it to the players individual talents to create chances.

I don't know whether or not to believe it, but at times, it does seem like that if we run out of ideas.

As far as I am concerned the only way I think we can know how close we are to Barca is if we either beat them, or win the CL over someone who has beaten them.

I do not like this if it is true.

It is good that he trusts the players' individual talents, because those sparks are what makes teams unpredictable. But we must not depend solely on them. The players must learn to attack as a team, they need to make great combinations because this is the only way we will manage to break open defenses successfully. They can only learn this with more experience playing together, and training.

Infact it was a Raphael Honigstien article... So, I'm still a bit dubious.
