They're better than the results they're currently getting even with their departures last summer too though. Sometimes name and experience isn't everything and a change is needed just to re-inspire the players. You guys make good points, but if I were a Dortmund fan I'd be very worried right now and probably happy to see a change.

What ?!

Think of when we fired LVG, for example.

Tuchel...

I feel that he'd risk to get sacked if he fails in the next two games... if he wins one of the next two, he'll survive.

What did you expect ? Tuchel is not a magician and apart from this forum, no one is questioning his future at Dortmund.

I don't think they sack him. And if they do who would replace him?

Idk and I don't think that they'll sack him yet... There has been a rumor about a fallout between Tuchel and BVB's main scout, BVB seem to rate their scout more than Tuchel and rightfully so.
Interim until the end of the season... Villas Boas is learning German but I think that they'd appoint a German again.

So i guess Bayern should keep an eye on his situation. I'd like to see Villas Boas in Bundesliga maybe not BVB but generally I think Bundesliga needs new faces coaching teams as they tent to recycle coaches.

I'm sure that they didn't even think about sacking him. I'm quite surprised to read this tbh

I say that they'd start thinking about it if they lose their next 2 games.

Their next three games: Sporting(home), Hamburg(away), Bayern(home)

They clearly lack a leader CB. with a leader CB, They could have got at least 4-5 points more.

They have won just one of their last seven games, that being in the CL. They haven't won in 90 minutes for more than a month. I don't think it's just about a harder calendar, especially when we haven't been particularly great ourselves.

l didn't imply so.

İnjuries, set pieces defending, lacking a leader CB, too Castro dependent,in this case, we can also say they needed a regista.

Their wingers are not finished products too.

Dortmund has allowed 10 goals in 9 games....

Last season, they did 34 in 34 games....

Hummels wasn't some great defensive CB that Dortmund needs...

Actually, not even the forum is. It's just me. :P

You don't need a magician to get better results than they are currently getting. Even with the departures their squad is still one of the best in Germany. In fact, credit where it's due, they're doing well in the CL including vs Real, which shows there is quality. He's just not getting the results that squad deserves.

Injuries and also Hummels's departure aren't Tuchel's fault but the rest are, and all of us have blamed our own coaches when we had those same problems.

They did well vs Real, but Real had like 4 draws or something during that span and they also got outplayed by Sporting, but still won the game...
