Papadopoulous is an outright badass.
He has a contract till 2016. I hope they hold on to him. There are clubs interested in signing him in EPL and Serie A.

Moreover the way I see it,they need at least 2 decent players a GK and a DMF but they have that looser morale, everytime they need to step up,to make a win or to chase their opponent every time they fail bad at BuLi,they have the leaders(Howedes,Huntelaar) the have quality but they lack a decent coach(Touchel or Moyes would be nice)

I never liked S04 but the have Papadopoulos 8)

according bild Stefan Effenberg could coach schalke

lol... so Effenberg's basically deciding whether he should take the helm of FCB-II and coach in Regionalliga, or he should take Schalke and coach in the CL?

Honestly, I think Jupp Heynckes would be the perfect coach for Schalke... They have the best Academy in Germany and JH knows how to create stars out of young talents.... plus his balanced approach to tactics makes it easier for Schalke to have a successful BL/CL campaign...

JH is a highly-experienced quality coach and I would want him to stay in the Bundesliga, because I would want the German football community to benefit from him... plus the pressure is considerably lower at Schalke which would make it easier for such an old man to do his job...

Draxler is really maturing into an amazing player. He's been holding the team on his shoulders ever since Holtby (remember him?) left for Tottenham.

Fastest penalty in the history of the game? Bremen were awarded a (non existant) penalty after only 19 seconds.

I thought Effenberg would be smarter than this.

I'm not sure why I'm posting this 'coz it's Daily Mail rumour.
According to them Schalke could be in for Benitez.
That guy always pleads for a job but we all know he is a EPL fanboy kinda coach.

These Schalke coach speculations are gaining the most attention nowadays, even more than there was around for Bayern.

Schalke getting Benitez would be excellent if they reach the CL. :)

The Times picked up that story as well. Rumour seems to be getting serious backing.

Well, he's not that much of a bad coach, especially for Schalke. I think it would be a good move. Definitely a much better move than Di Matteo or Effenburg.
