Yes, but it's better to score 3 goals in 3 different games than 3 goals against the same team.

On the other hand we still haven't found Robben's replacement in our squad. Alaba failed to impress today and Kroos failed everytime he was given the chance.

Only thing I greatly dislike is no Rafinha and Gustavo in lineup, guys who I am personally grown to enjoy a lot wear Bayern red.

Completely agree.

Tymo is playing very well, but I still prefer Gustavo. I don't really mind rotation between those two at all.

DVB is also playing much better than last year, and Boateng is a good RB. BUT Rafinha-Boateng-Badstuber-Lahm is a much better choice. If Heynckes insists on playing DVB in the next match, I hope we try Rafinha-Boateng-DVB-Lahm. Although I do think that Badstuber has been our best defender so far this season, but he needs a rest sometimes too.

I hope this is just something he's doing right now to see if it will work as part of the rotation/as a backup in the future. DVB staying as a starter is the biggest nightmare for any Bayern fan.

Alaba is clearly not up to the required level... he's great and all as a young talent, but he's not yet at the level required of him... IMO it would have been wiser to loan him out again this season, but yet again we failed to get any replacement for Robbery so we had to keep him...

Still, it was wise to have him take them today. This hat-trick will help his confidence a lot and Gomez going on a scoring rampage is exactly what we need right now. He's now scored 5 goals in the last 3 games, and thanks to his hattrick today, he now has a 1 goal per game ratio in the BL. :)

Exactly, he was given the penalty this time so that he could boost his confidence. They tried it v Braunschweig too, but didn't work there (as in he didnt start scoring). But his penalties have all been quite poor, as opposed to Schweini who has been very reliable AND precise with his penalties, and for the NT too.
The ideal team

--------Müller with gloves--------
-Müller--Müller--Müller--Müller--
-------Müller---------Müller-------
----Müller----Müller----Müller----

Yeah but we were winning anyway in the other games. The important thing for Gomez right now is to build confidence so that he can start scoring when it really matters.

Agreed. I think Alaba was our worst player, and Petersen has never impressed me so far. Robben and Gomez are the only ones who we don't have decent backups for, so I will keep my belief that we need to sign a backup for both (or a player who can play both positions). I think Alaba can play much better in Ribery's position, so he can be a good backup for him.

As for the Robben backup, if we don't sign anyone I hope Usami gets a shot in the next game.

Here are the good, long, German highlights and interviews:
“My heart is red through and through. Personally, it’ll be much better winning the Champions League with Bayern Munich than with Real Madrid. When I arrive at the Säbener Strasse, it’s like coming home" - Bastian Schweinsteiger

Thank you.

Finnaly a good ref. Lahm did a fantastic move. He's the best wing back in the World. 8)

Today, I will watch the replay of the full game.

Congrats to everyone! And the left flank was the place to be today :D There was a party going on over there =)) Bastian and Thomas couldn't help but join ahaha

I liked Jerome, too. Everyone was good.

Yes and yes (didn't he? That was brilliant.)

A good win, there are some good things but there is still some problems:

Lahm is playing a lot better on the left going forward. It gives a Bayern an extra option.
Sadly Alaba didn't impress but this guy got some ability and hopefully it will shine through.
I don't understand why usami isn't given little cameo to get involved and prove himself
Playing van buyten is a nightmare despite doing reasonable well. Breno when fit is a better third choice centre back
Good to see effective rotation from heynckes.
Forget robbery, Gomez and muller can become more important and potentially become Europe best front paring.
And finally I still think Bayern should buy a player or two

Did anyone's heart also stop, when seeing Boateng go down???? WOW! I surely thought it was a serious knee injury. Sometimes the worst ones are when there is no one else around..... THANK GOD he is okay.....

I agree with Alaba. He is just not ready for this level. Same with Peterson.

Is Rafinha on the bad list already with Jupp? Keep watching.......Rafinha is not exactly a quiet person.......could be problem later.....

Does the Bayern coachs and board know the EXTREME LACK OF DEPTH on this squad??? This is very disappointing.

Already this season, we see Robben's injury proneness. (heard it is more serious than before, or at least will linger for a while)
Seeing Boateng ALMOST go down, and then thinking "who do we have?" (DON'T SAY TYMO or GUSTAVO!!! Please!!)
SAME WITH GOMEZ.....

This is serious problem they have. Of course, since they are winning right now, it is slightly masking the real important problems this club has.

BAYERN, you can still change your mind!!!! (in terms of transfers.....)

I amn't worried about Usami at all , His Physical shape isn't ready at all for the Bundesliga
He must remain in the gym for 10 hours a day i think
Heynckes will give him the full chance at the right time

Ok I have a couple of issues with people posting here.....

Lets look at the stats,

Played 6 games in all.
Lost 1 Won 5

Conceded 1 Goal...........Scored 12...........

Qualified for the champions league......

Our team is performing better already then all of last season put together.........

AND there are people here that keep saying im worried about this and that and these guys sucked and these guys do this....... ITS super frustrating not seeing anyone post, MAN THAT WAS AN AWESOME DISPLAY BY OUR TEAM.... WE KEEP WINING, KEEP SCORING AND NOT CONCEDING....LIFE CANT GET ANY BETTER.....

I think that our team is doing great. We need to support instead of just keep bashing and nit picking. Great Job to all of our players, and good job Yupp. BAYERN FOR EVER !!!! BRING UP THE NEXT TEAM !!!! THE BAVARIAN BULLET TRAIN IS NOT TO BE STOPPED !!!!!!!!!!!!
