He is the best English player and no doubt about that, he will be a devil in the UK .
I hoped for more money but again if its his wish to leave then let him go.
10 years at Bayern aint bad at all.

Bye Hargeaves , see you in England Laughing

The only named Bayern shirt I ever bought has Hargreaves on the back, and it was bought after the CL triumph. I had faith that he would become a world class player, and so he did.

Selling him weakens us, but at least it will allow Demichelis to play more regularly and get consistent.

i dont think demichelis will be a starting 11 player from now on. he'll only be a back up to whom ever will play the defensive mid position and probably CB as well.

If that is our "new" Bayern, for which they've been so secretive in order to present this "big" package all at once... I am not impressed. We still need an outstanding creative midfielder.

What really bothered me about this situation was how news agencies were reporting this piece of news. They were saying that Bayern had to admit defeat and let Owen go, and how without Owen, Bayern would not have won any titles. Talk about stupid reporting. Those idiots don't know much about football to think Owen was the reason why Bayern won those titles.

Considering his injury proneness (he only featured in 9 out of 34 matches this season), we got a lot of money. If he wasn't injured or ill so frequently, we'd have gotten far more money for him. Probably Man Utd wouldn't have afforded him then. Oh well, I don't think he ever was a key player at Bayern. An important first team player yes, but not a key player.

Yeah, they actually used the word "defeat" when they were talking about it. Plus, they were trying to compare him to Roy Keane (I believed that was the name being used). LOL!!!

Comparing him to Roy Keane makes it even more worse. Burn down their office!

Oh yes , he is worth it . He is a great plaer and he proved himself countless of times. Do you remember how he played for England and how he played for Bayern recently ?
A player wont give his 100% when his heart is at Manchester, let him go there..thats a great step for his carrier.
Bayern will get round half of it, thats the German law, but again its a great bargain.
