| Post subject: Iranian team to play Hamburg, Bayern Munich in early January |

Iran's football squad will take on the Bundesliga-bound Hamburg and Bayern Munich in a four-sided tournament in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in early January 2007, Tehran Times Sports Desk announced on Sunday.
According to the organizing committee, the Iranian team is scheduled to meet Hamburg on January 7 and Bayern Munich on January 9.
The UAE and Iran will not hold a match, added the committee.
Iran's head coach Amir Qal'e-Noii said he will field the regulars, including the internationals, in both games. |
