Scholl isn´t playing much. I meant regular starters and goalkeepers can play when they are old it´s diffrent for an outfield player. Maldini isn´t what he used to, nor is Caufe and escpecially Del Piero isn´t that good anymore. And Peruzzi...common...he´s crap.
Why do you think Salihamidžič is going to Juve? Cause career is in decline.

Are you sure? As far as I know, he'll retire at the end of this season.

The same also applies to former Bremen striker Claudio Pizarro, who is out of contract at Bayern Munich at the end of this season.

Schaaf said: "Claudio is a fantastic player who developed with us and then went his own way.

"He is certainly an interesting option for a lot of clubs, and that includes Werder Bremen."

Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro has been hit with a 150 000 euro fine, and had his licence revoked after he was stopped by police in September for drink-driving. Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro has ruled out a January transfer window move to La Liga.

The Peru international has been linked with a move to Sevilla in recent weeks but sees no reason to end his association with Bayern.

Pizarro's Bayern contract expires in the summer, but the player has not ruled out remaining at the club.

"I have heard some things but I don't see why I should be linked to clubs in Spain. My family are very settled in Germany," said Pizarro.

"I have a contract with Bayern until the end of the season and if I don't renew it then I will consider other proposals."

Current Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro has declared that he would like to play for Italian giant Juventus during next year's Calcio league.

Pizarro's contract with the Bavarian club ends June 30, and up until now, the German powerhouse has yet to show any interest in renewing his contract.

"Either they (Bayern) offer me a fair contract which I consider to be within my financial expectations or I can simply go and play for another club," commented the Peruvian striker of the Italian daily Tuttosport.

According to reports, Pizarro has asked for an annual salary of US$5 million.

"I know that Juventus is interested in sigining me, but no one from the club has contacted me yet. However, I would love to play for the Juve," added Pizarro.

According to Pizarro, his representatives are handling various offers.

"We will analyze all of the offers and choose the best, the most convenient, and the most financially rewarding. My family is doing very well in Germany, however the idea of playing in Italy is really attractive," affirmed Pizarro.

Juventus have offered Peruvian striker Claudio Pizarro, currently at Bayern Munich, a three-year deal. The striker, who could leave on a free transfer at the end of the season, is very close to accepting the offer.

On Juve forums, they are already celebrating Pizzaro transfer. :(
I did not like Pizzaro so far, but this season is really great for him and he shows a good display both in CL and Bundesliga. I'm not sure we should let him go. As far as i understood Bayern is his first option and there are some financial issues that need to be worked out.
And another thing, if he goes, i'm not sure the current "cheap" board will bring someone of at least his quality, but i definitely don't want to see Santa Cruz as his replacement.

I may be wrong but I have a feeling that Bayern is not going to renew Pizarro's contract, and I think Podolski is being groomed to be Pizarro's replacement. I also think Bayern will go for another striker to be a backup to Podolski and Makaay. Of course, I could be wrong but that is what I'm feeling.
