But I think that guy's right, Macclaren would rather see scholes back in than Becks. Scholes isn't bad, I haven't seen him around much. Is he retired? XD I don't follow Man U much, in fact I don't know if he even plays for 'um anymore.
I think Beckham should get another chance though. I really do. |
Scholes retired at the age of 29 to everyone's suprise....Just after the Euro. |

| No kidding. Is he the one who retired because his mom was ill? I think I might be confusing him with someone else... |

When a player retires from international football in his 20s. that means he can`t give more for his country and he`s giving a chance to another player. but in Beckham`s case I think it was so unfair what the English coach did to him, `cause he still excited to give more for his country and he`s a super-star as well. also, for me.. I don`t see any English player could fill his position..... |

| I beg to differ. For becks, I guess he can give up his position to more worthy and younger players who have the undiscovered potential to unleash. |

England midfielder Owen Hargreaves, who is recovering from a broken left leg, hopes to return to training by the middle of November.
Hargreaves, 25, is still on crutches after breaking the leg while playing for Bayern Munich against Arminia Bielefeld on 17 September.
He told BBC Radio Five Live: "They say a bone takes six weeks to heal and I'm now in my fourth week.
"It's hard to say how long it will take but maybe I'll be back in four weeks."
Hargreaves added: "It's getting there, although it's slow progress.
"I'm just slowly getting off the crutches and beginning to walk normally again."
Hargreaves was linked to a pre-season move to Manchester United but it was blocked by Bayern who lost Michael Ballack to Chelsea in the summer.
The Canadian-born midfielder has not ruled a move to the Premiership, though, especially after he emerged from England's disappointing World Cup campaign with his reputation enhanced.
He said: "The more I play for England, the more top English clubs will look at me.
"I had a great summer and things started well for Bayern.
"At the time a move to Manchester was something I wanted to to do but Bayern had different views and that's their right.
"But it's important to focus my attentions on getting fit and at the moment I'm looking at getting healthy." |
