Joined: 09 Dec 2006 Posts: 850 Location: Albania votes: 4 Post subject: [2007-10-31] FC Bayern Munich vs Borussia Mönchengladbach The draw for the second round of this season’s DFB German Cup, has handed Ottmar Hitzfeld and his men a home tie against long-term rivals Borussia Mönchenglabach, relegated from the Bundesliga last season. The second round ties will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday 30 and 31 October. Some notes: - Podolski had a very good first half when he was tring hard but switched to the "midfielder" mode in the second half, even though he twice assisted Toni. - Rensing was simply world class, apart from the goal he allowed to go in. Thats not good. Not good at all.
