i think bayerns defence is a lil bit shaky

van buyten is inconsistent..
and the rest tend to attack alot

i think we need a player like Magnin, Nesta or Bolahrouz

that player sux, remember how he was the reason milan knocked us a year ago

van buyten, that has excellent defence at times and others jus can be invisible

and offcourse magnin and bolahrouz are better, thats for sure

VETERAN LINKE REJOINS BAYERN

Bayern Munich have wrapped up their eighth summer transfer with a surprise swoop to take 37-year-old Thomas Linke back to Bavaria.

The veteran has been signed back from Salzburg, where he has played for the last two seasons since leaving Bayern.

However, he is unlikely to see much first-team action and has instead been signed to pass on his experience to the youngsters in the reserve team.

Having already worked for five years with Ottmar Hitzfeld, the Bayern coach knows he will also be able to count on Linke in times of need.

I disagree the stupid annual CB money wasting has to end. Many mistakes that led to goals happened due to the weak midfield whihc put our offensive dfenders often in stupid situations. By the way propositions like Magnin and Bouhlarouz only make me laugh

In all cases, Linke is for the reserves. It shouldn't be considered as part of Bayern's first team recruitement.

And I can't agree more with Duncan. There's nothing wrong with our central defenders, now the midfield can provide more security and is technically sound. I don't expect major problems at back once the team gel together.

I dont think we'll be able to find defenders available that are better than the likes we've got now, the likes of Lucio.Lahm, Sagnol, Ismael. These are all fantastic players.

we should sign a Cb but only if he is better than ismaël and van buyten. we shouldn't sign boulahrouz magnin or what you say.

we have to sign CB as milito, mertesacker, chivu, touré, agger, barzagli... they are as van buyten or better.

but maybe i would give another chance. we know van buyten is good and this has been a very difficult season. next year ismaël will leave and we could sell van buyten. after we could get a new CB and give a chance to hummels if he plays well this season.
our defence would be: lucio, new CB, hummels and demichelis

nah, we already have enough decent centre backs, i'd like to see one more striker coming in (klose) and possibly kroos getting a couple of run outs in the lesser matches!

with Hummels and Kopplin we already have two hot prospects for the CB department, therefore not even the signing of a young talent is necessary
