I don´t want Bayern to be like milan....gets the result but is boring to watch...thats not what football should be about...from a fans view that is...

I dont know If you saw Milan crush Man U, but they certainly were not boring. They are probabily the most exciting team to watch in Europe right now. Milan outclassed us and played much more beautiful and fluent football. Hey, as much I dont like the Italian teams, they know how to play good football, more so than any German club. Toni and Co. mahy not have my heart as a fan, but they have my respect. I want Bayern to be as formidable in Europe as Milan.

Thanks for posting the pic. For some strange reason, I'm still not familiar with him and the video I saw on Youtube was only a fan's love for him. LOL!!! I need to check it out some more before I can make a comment on him.

Milan played well yesterday because they really had to. But their typical game is very defensive and I hate it. I do not know many italians (ok, maybe totti) that have an attacking flair and are creative..

And who can´t play better than german teams.... I mean Bayern is boring and the rest of them...only Werder in-form can produce an attacking game.

Where did you hear so?

Like bayern1301, I'd like another defender to come in during the transfers.

Post subject: Barzagli cools Bayern talk Reply with quote

Palermo defender Andrea Barzagli has dismissed talk that he could join Bayern Munich in the summer.

Bayern are planning a major squad overhaul at the end of the season and reports in Germany claim the Bavarian giants have targeted Barzagli.

But the Italy international is unaware of interest from the Allianz-Arena and is not committed to quitting Palermo.

"I don't know about a possible interest from Bayern Munich towards me," Barzagli told the Italian press.

"And it's not certain that, at the end of the year, I'd have to leave Palermo."

Juventus have also been heavily linked with the centre-half, who is under contract to Palermo until 2010.

The Serie A side's president Maurizio Zamparini has called on any clubs interested in Barzagli to put up or shut up.

Zamparini said: "Barzagli is bound to Palermo for another three years, so it's not certain he will quit in the summer.

"If a few sides are interested in his sale, they must make serious offers.

"Sure, if he says Bayern Munich have never contacted him, I believe him."

Geez. Rolling Eyes C'mon guys, get over the italian issue. It's old and it doesn't lead to any good discussions. Plus, it's a lame excuse as to why a player should not be on a team. Anyway, I don't freaking care where the player is from just as long as he can help the team.

Like the previous poster said, he's not coming to this team.
